Hey there!
I'm Andy and I guess if you have made your way to this page, then you are looking for a bit more information on the artist behind the work on this site.
Surprisingly for some, I actually come from a scientific background, holding a Masters Degree in Astrophysics. However about two years ago I started to get interested in creating 3D computer animation, inspired by the great movies and shorts from Pixar. With my will to continue along the path of a physicist waning, and my interest in animation growing, I began to wonder if I could do this kind of thing for a living.
My studies of animations caused me to rediscover the vast wealth of cartoons from the likes of Disney and Warner Brothers that had entertained me so much whilst growing up, and allowed me to see them in a whole new light. Out of this was born my specific love of traditional hand-drawn animation; a love that would become the focus of my career.
So to put it simply, I want to be a traditional animator. The trouble is that jobs are thin on the ground to say the least, and so I have continued to learn other methods of animating, ranging from 3D to vector animation in order to make myself employable until my dream job comes along.
I currently work as a 3D animator for Traveller's Tales in the UK, having recently finished "Lego Batman: The Videogame". I also do freelance work of all kinds whenever the opportunity presents itself. For more details of my work, you can see my CV. As you will see below, I am also available for hire for all your creative needs!
So if you want to ask me any questions, have any comments about anything animation related, or indeed wish to offer me that dream job, please don't hesitate to

Offering high-quality in all the work I produce, I am available for hire on a freelance basis at very reasonable rates, so by all means contact me for any creative requirement you may have, from animation to still artwork. I'm always happy to help!
"Andy came like an angel from heaven and provided exactly what we needed. From searching the internet for someone who was up to the job, to having the finished work, was about a fortnight. So thank goodness for the internet and thank goodness for Andy!"
